In Uganda the Labour and pension law affecting the private sector is mainly governed by the Employment Act, the Occupational Safety and Healthy Act, the Labour Unions Act, the Workers Compensation Act, the National Social Securities Fund Act and the Uganda Retirement Benefits Regulatory Authority Act.
